In June of 2021, Sesame Collective opened Lil’ Shalom, a sister concept to Shalom Y’all. Lil’ Shalom centers around being a place to live in the moment, focused on quick bites from day into night. The menu is casual - featuring hummus, salads, and sandwiches.

What a treasure for Turkish food here in Portland. Schwarma was absolutely incredible, house made pita bread is served soft and warm. Highly recommend! Waitstaff is very courteous and attentive.

Fennel salad was delicious. Wonderful baked pita fresh from the oven. Falafel was crisp and flavorful. Cauliflower surprisingly tasty. Fun to share family style. The service is leisurely; they are not trying to turn the tables which is nice.

Me and a friend stopped in for an afternoon snack and we both really enjoyed the classic hummus and the fries. Split between two people was plenty of food. The outdoor patio was a great spot to eat.

One of the best Mediterranean place and food that I have had in PNW. I stopped here while visiting Portland with my friend. Their Turkish coffee is delicious! Excellent Food, ambiance, staff.
