Negroni Week was a massive hit and we had a blast! We sold 354 Negronis throughout the week! Imbibe wrote a round up article and profiled the Negroni Paradiso from Dolly Olive | Bar Dolly by Bar Lead Drew Dahms.
Negroni Week
Every year thousands of bars and restaurants around the world come together to celebrate the Negroni while raising money to support a good cause. This annual event is called Negroni Week. This year a handful of Sesame Collective restaurants are getting involved. The bar teams at MEC, Yalla, Shalom Y’all, Dolly Olive and Bar Dolly have all crafted some delicious drinks that will be available Monday, September 16th through Sunday, September 22nd.

The best part of Negroni Week is knowing that every drink is contributing to something really special. This year funds are going directly to Slow Food with Sesame Collective restaurants donating an additional $1 of every Negroni Week beverage sold.
